תנאי שימוש

הסכם תנאי שימוש זה ("הסכם") הוא הסכם משפטי בינך לבין "LiranTravel" ("החברה", "אנחנו" או "אנחנו"). על ידי שימוש או גישה לאתר הממוקם בכתובת “https://maway.flash-jet.com/” ("האתר"), אתה מאשר שאתה מסכים וכפוף לתנאים ולהגבלות הבאים (יחד, "התנאים"). אם אינך מסכים באופן מלא לתנאים אלה, אינך רשאי לגשת לאתר או להשתמש בו בדרך אחרת.

  • תיאור השירות

השירות שלנו כולל יצירת חבילות מסלולי טיול דיגיטליות מותאמות אישית לתאילנד בהתבסס על העדפות הלקוחות. לאחר רכישת לקוח, אנו שולחים שאלון כדי להתאים את המסלול להעדפותיו. לאחר מכן, אנו יוצרים מסלול ומרכיבים מפות קשורות ומידע שימושי על היעד. חבילה דיגיטלית מותאמת אישית זו נמסרת ללקוח באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני תוך חמישה (5) ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת שאלון העדפות המלא (הלקוח מחוייב למלא שאלון זה על מנת לקבל שירות).

  • אין ליווי אישי או המשך תמיכה

השירות שלנו כולל רק משלוח החבילה הדיגיטלית. השירות אינו כולל ליווי אישי, תמיכת לקוחות רציפה או סיוע במהלך הטיול שלך. לאחר שהחבילה הדיגיטלית נמסרת לכתובת הדוא"ל שציינת, השירות שלנו נחשב – כהושלם, והתקשורת בינינו מסתיימת.

בקבוצת הוואטסאפ ישאלו אך ורק שאלות כלליות ואין חובה מצד "LiranTravel" במענה.

  • תנאי תשלום וביטול

התשלום עבור השירות שלנו ישולם בעת הרכישה. הרכישה אינה ניתנת לביטול לאחר מילוי השאלון.

  • זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני

כל התוכן הכלול בחבילה הדיגיטלית, כגון מפות, טקסט, גרפיקה, סמלי לוגו, תמונות, הוא רכושה של "LiranTravel" ומוגן על ידי חוקי זכויות יוצרים בינלאומיים.

  • הגבלת אחריות

"LiranTravel" לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, מקרי, ייחודי או תוצאתי, הנובע מהשימוש או חוסר היכולת להשתמש בשירותים שלנו או לעלות רכישת שירותים חלופיים או כתוצאה מכל שירותים שנרכשו או הושגו או הודעות שהתקבלו או עסקאות שנכנסו באמצעות השירותים או הנובעות מגישה לא מורשית או שינוי מוגבל של נתונים או שימוש בנתונים או נזקים אחרים, או הפסד של נתונים, שימוש או רווחים אחרים, לרבות שידורים או רווחים אחרים שלך. גם אם נודע לנו על האפשרות של נזקים כאלה.

  • חוק מסדיר

הסכם זה וכל מחלוקת הנוגעת אליו יהיו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל ויתפרשו בהתאם.

  • שינויים בתנאים

"LiranTravel" שומרת לעצמה את הזכות, לפי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי, לתקן, לערוך או לשנות תנאים אלה בכל עת.

  • הסכמה לתנאים

על ידי שימוש בשירות שלנו, אתה מעיד על הסכמתך לתנאים. אם אינך מסכים לכך, אנא הימנע משימוש בשירות שלנו.

Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and “LiranTravel” ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using or accessing the website located at “https://maway.flash-jet.com/” (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. 

  • Service Description

Our service includes creating custom digital travel route packages for Thailand based on customers' preferences. After a customer purchase, we send a questionnaire to gather their preferences. Then, we design a route and compile related maps and useful information about the destination. This customized digital package is delivered to the customer via email within five (5) business days of receiving their completed questionnaire (The customer is required to fill out this questionnaire in order to receive service).

  • No Personal Escort or Continued Support

Our service only includes the delivery of the digital package. The service does not include personal escort, continuous customer support, or assistance during your trip. Once the digital package is delivered to your specified email address, our service is deemed complete, and communication between us concludes.

In the WhatsApp group only general questions will be asked and there is no obligation on the part of "LiranTravel" to answer them.

  • Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment for our service is due at the time of purchase. The purchase is non-refundable once we send out the preferences questionnaire.

  • Copyright and Intellectual Property 

All the content included in the digital package, such as maps, text, graphics, logos, images, is the property of “LiranTravel” and protected by international copyright laws.

  • Limitation of Liability

“LiranTravel” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services or resulting from any services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the services or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

  • Changes to the Terms

“LiranTravel” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time.

  • Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using our service.
